Planning a vacation should feel exciting, not confusing. Here are answers to some of the questions guests ask most often.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, or through the La Aurelia Resort App. Booking directly ensures you receive the most accurate information and the best possible guest experience.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Bookings are considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 Noon. If you anticipate arriving significantly earlier or later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests may transfer their reservation to a future date if cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before arrival. Date changes remain subject to availability and management approval.
Are all rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All accommodations at La Aurelia Resort include air conditioning for your comfort. All rooms are also equipped with Smart TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Guests enjoy access to the resort swimming pool throughout their stay. It’s the perfect place to relax, cool off, and enjoy Tobago’s beautiful weather.
Is breakfast available?
Yes. Breakfast is available at TTD $140 Per Person. Please inquire during booking or upon arrival for availability and service details.

Absolutely. We welcome families, couples, business travelers, groups, and solo visitors looking for a comfortable and relaxing Tobago experience.
